A whole house makeover

This customer came across my flyer and hired us right away. She was putting her house up for sale and her agent had told her to neutralize the house. I went through and picked the colours through out her house. We painted this whole house from top to bottom but I was only able to salvage the following before and afters. I wish I could show you the basement stairs, nursery, master and guest bedroom the transformation was amazing! Check out Mary's testimonial ... I wanted to extend this question to my readers and followers. As you are well aware I am amazing at taking the before's .. and HORRIBLE at taking the afters. However I was presented with a situation recently where I had done amazing work yet the colour that was chosen was not my favourite .. Would you like to see before and after's even if the colour is not my favourite pick?

Check out this amazing bathroom vanity transformation. The afters would look better if they weren't taken on my camera phone lol. For a small amount this seller was able to add value to her bathrooms transforming the look all together.

A girls dream

A cute little girl told her mommy .. " Mommy, I want my room to be pink and purple". Mommy called me and I made it happen I wish I could be there when she see's it for the first time. Take a look .. From builders paint to beautiful princess.

I love this .. from country kitchen to retro chic.

The backsplash is actually textured wallpaper that I spray painted silver to emulate a tin backsplash. Over all cost was under 150.00 including tax.

Sometimes the true beauty of a paint job does not come across on camera, but I tried to capture it as best as I could .. Next time hopefully the home owner will remove their stuff before I paint lol .. my classic pics with stuff in the room are back!!!

When selling your home always spruce it up a bit

See what a difference a little bit of gardening can do - When selling your home curb appeal goes a long way, you really want to generate the feeling of love and warmth. Nothing says come in like a lovely garden. If people can see your home is well taken care of from the outside, they will be excited to see what lays ahead inside. Making sure your lawn is cut and weedwacked, plant some plants, or hang some hanging baskets are always a good start.
